We are not an agency reselling templates and we are not a body shop. We are a Beijing engineering team that has spent 15 years on the systems companies run their business on — the ones with awkward rules, legacy databases, hardware on the other end of a serial port, and an audit trail requirement.

How we got here

2009 First enterprise projects in mobile-phone after-sales and factory maintenance control (BYD, Motorola).
2011 Aerospace funding and cost-control platform for CASC; later adopted across several defence institutes.
2013 Bank payroll and branch performance platforms (Bank of Nanjing), plus device operations for HP Indigo distribution.
2015 Offshore delivery for Epico ERP (test takeover, then module development) and Adastra clinical patient management (UK).
2018 Public security equipment lifecycle, government organisation/HR platforms, and simulation training systems.
2021 Platform base and multi-tenant products: EChelper e-commerce analytics, device lifecycle, monitoring.
2024–26 Applied AI: retrieval, agents, speech, vision, content pipelines; 57 systems in the R&D pipeline.

Three ways to work with us

A

Fixed-scope project

Written PRD, milestones, fixed price per milestone. Best when the scope can be defined before build starts.

B

Dedicated ODC

A stable team working in your backlog and your standup, with fixed overlap hours. Best for long-running product work.

C

Rescue & takeover

We take over testing, defect fixing and stabilisation of a system someone else built, then progressively own modules.

Compliance

What we promise in writing

  • NDA signed before any technical discovery.
  • Air-gapped and classified-network deployment for defence and government work.
  • Role-based minimum privilege and full audit trails on every delivered system.
  • Client names published only where the reference is already public in our 2026 capability brochure; defence and government work is described by capability only.

Time zones we cover

We are in Beijing (UTC+8). That means we finish your overnight: a question sent at 18:00 in New York is answered before our afternoon, and a question sent at 09:00 in Berlin overlaps our late afternoon. We work async-first with one or two fixed overlap slots per week.
